Apprentice Day 2023

Our Trainee Day was an all-round successful event. We would like to thank the many interested people for the great discussions.

We wish the three winners of the voucher prize draw lots of fun redeeming their vouchers.

This open training day clearly focussed on the practical part of the training.

As a lot of information about the professions is only theoretical at the beginning when choosing a career, the practical training content could also be tried out here in the modern training centre. This creates a much clearer picture of the training occupations, which can then be further deepened in a later internship.

In addition to the tours, the programme on offer with its many hands-on activities on the topics of metalworking, machining, control technology and warehouse logistics was very well received. 11 trainees and 6 trainers supervised these activities together with the HR department and were delighted with the discussions and questions about training. They gave a very personal presentation of all training occupations and study opportunities at LUBING.

We are already looking forward to the next open training day after the summer holidays.
