A warm welcome to the start of the 2026 apprenticeship program!
With the start of the new training year, we welcome nine new trainees and one dual student. A new training cohort means new faces, fresh ideas, and plenty of motivation. That’s exactly what our young talent brings to the team.
This year, Luna Beckers is starting as an industrial clerk, Silas Kanning and Benjamin Hoffmann as industrial mechanics, and Hannes Prochnow as a metal technology specialist. In the field of mechatronics, Fynn Lucas Rethwisch and Simon Nolte are beginning their apprenticeships. Sören Henri Schmidt is starting as a warehouse specialist, Justin Schulz as a warehouse logistics specialist, and Hailey Sophie Kreuzberg as a marketing communications apprentice. Rounding out the new cohort is Leon Wehrenberg, who is beginning a dual degree program in mechatronics.
Training young people has been a top priority for us for many years. With this new cohort, the LUBING Young Generation has grown to a total of 31 apprentices and three dual students. In doing so, we are making a targeted investment in the skilled employees of tomorrow and laying the foundation for a successful future—both for our young talents and for our company.
We are very pleased to welcome our new apprentices to the team and wish them a successful start and an exciting time during their apprenticeships and studies.
