EuroTier and Anniversary
To mark its 75th anniversary, LUBING presented more than just its proven product portfolio at EuroTier 2024. In addition to product innovations such as the vertical conveyor unit for egg transport and the certified waste air purification system for pig houses an impressive figure was the focus of the presentation: since the start of production in 1967, the company has produced more than one billion drinking nipples to date.
“Our 75-year history, but especially the number „one billion“, stands for maximum customer satisfaction and the success that can come from innovation and continuous optimization. We are proud that the name LUBING is synonymous with uncompromising quality orientation in the global agricultural livestock sector,” explains Managing Director Markus von der Assen.
LUBING’s success story began with the production of wind turbines for agricultural grazing – but by the end of the 1960s, production had already shifted towards Drinking-Systems for poultry and pigs. Since then, the Barnstorf-based machine manufacturer has maintained its position as market leader in the field of drinking nipples worldwide.
With its comprehensive portfolio of Drinking-, Conveyor- and Climate-Systems, the German manufacturer is still one of the most important global producers of elementary products and technologies for agricultural livestock farming. With nine subsidiaries and 34 foreign representatives, LUBING today serves customers in 87 countries.
Research and development are still a high priority for the company. In its 75-year history, LUBING has been able to prove itself time and again as a driver of innovation in agricultural technology development – in addition to the drinking nipple, the Top- Climate-Systems and modular conveyor technologies for egg transport are examples of this status. The first LUBING vertical conveyor unit for eggs celebrated its premiere at this year’s Euro-Tier. It complements LUBING’s rod, curve and steep conveyors with a further option for the perfect use of space in laying houses.
LUBING presented proven and new products from its own production and development on two exhibition stands (poultry and pigs) at Euro-Tier. In addition, the 75th anniversary and the impressive number of nipples produced were the focus of the trade fair: In an exciting finish, the large LED counter for the number of nipples produced jumped to one with nine zeros just in time for the stand party with invited guests on Thursday evening.
At EuroTier 2024, LUBING remains agile, innovative and forward-looking. With expansion into new market areas and a new, international website launched in time for the anniversary, the company is optimistic about the future.
